Chayet Pagano


Level 1 Certification


Chayet was born in Colorado and spent his childhood in Denver Colorado, San Diego California, Cabo San Lucas Mexico and San Pedro Sula Honduras. He also enjoys traveling and has spent time in Australia, New Zealand, Tasmania, Canada and many countries in South and Central America. Chayet loves healthy living, especially organic foods and wild caught, grass fed, free range meats. He enjoys making his own natural toothpaste, deodorant and soaps and many other items. He also enjoys living like a caveman from time to time. He enjoys survivalism camping in the Grand Canyon Arizona, Lake Powell Utah, Glen Canyon Utah, Zion Utah and the South eastern mountains of California and the rockies of Colorado for weeks at a time sleeping under the stars and hunting and gathering his food. About Me:

I started doing CrossFit with my family in 2012 in my hometown of Ashland, Oregon. Outside of CrossFit, I am an avid dancer with 15+ years of experience in various dance styles and instruction. I have also participated in a number of endurance races such as the Portland Marathon and Bass Lake Triathlon and love everything in the outdoors!
Over the years I have grown to admire the diversity and passion of the CrossFit community. Getting people moving, learning and reaching their goals gets me out of bed everyday and I am thrilled to be part of the Full Strength family.

First introduction to fitness was in the water. I was in the water every summer since before I could stand. Spent all of my childhood and teen years competing in swimming. Later taught swim lessons and coached swim teams as well. Starting high school I got into the typical gym lifting. I also took to cross country finishing with a PR 5k of 18:00. Once I started college I was hitting plateaus on all my lifts and decided CrossFit might help mix things up. Immediately fell in love. A year later I got my Level 1 to see what the magic behind the madness was. A year after that got a coaching position to hone in on my coaching where I spent numerous weekends studying or attending additional CrossFit seminars. I still plan to continue on that path until I receive my Level 3 and 4.
