WHAT CROSSFIT IS ALL ABOUT

CrossFit Full Strength has been an affiliate since 2010 catering to ALL levels of fitness. Our CrossFit classes are the most popular program that we offer, and our members love it! These classes are 60 minutes in duration, providing a full-body workout every single day, 7 days a week! The beauty behind our CrossFit classes is the elegant blend of mobility, strength training, and conditioning workouts that vary on a day to day basis. CrossFit combines your fundamental bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, bodyweight squats, and burpees with strength training movements involving barbells, kettlebells, and dumbells as well as your traditional conditioning movements such as running, rowing and jump roping. These classes are all coach-led, meaning that you are never exercising on your own. You are always under the guidance of one of our professional and qualified coaches, teaching and instructing you the whole time.

Our program is designed around the things you do in the real world. Every day, we ask our bodies to move in countless different ways. We bend down and pick things up, we put things over our heads, squat down, stand up, and run after the bus or chase down a cab. Your body is always adapting, getting stronger, faster, better conditioned over a period of months and years in our facility to help you feel better in your everyday life.
